I need money for a scanner cause Im poor and the camera is crappy.  The way this picture is set up kind of reminds me of Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy. Maybe you could name her Rosa?

You're coloring technique is very beautiful. Don't give up on yourself! -- Believe it or not, the sun will shine for you again.  I love the more somber pose and colors of this one. It's a nice change of pace from your usual upbeat and colorful work... Not that I don't love that too. ♥

I really enjoy this piece...You're awesome at your vibrant colours but this one is toned down and looks beautiful. The colours go well together and your colouring technique is great.
Her clothing is nice and...simple? I know there are some gathering, but it suits the character being so angelic. The shading is great.
I think her wings need a little work for where they are coming from...had to look hard to see when they come from her back...maybe should be a bit fuller near her back to show that a bit...I think if they were fuller, they'd look great.
I love her hair. I think it does wonders for the pic. Hides her face making her anonymous and mysterious...i like it! Plus the style is cute!
Overall it's a great piece of work!
The only thing I can think of that looks bad is the wing get way to small too fast, but it still looks great.
